Who we are and what we do

Information about Greenhaven Council, its constitutional status, councillors and senior officers will be available through About Greenhaven and Council and democracy. Greenhaven has not yet held its first council election, so there are currently no councillors to list.

What we spend and how we spend it

Budgets, accounts, financial monitoring, procurement and contract information will be available through Finance, audit and procurement when Greenhaven Council has an operating budget and relevant financial records.

Our priorities and how we are doing

Current plans, strategies and performance information will be published through the policies, plans and strategies and transparency and performance sections as those records come into existence.

How we make decisions

Meeting dates, agendas, reports, decisions and minutes will be available through Council meetings. The constitution and governance pages explain how responsibility is divided between Full Council, the executive, committees and officers.

Our policies and procedures

Current Greenhaven Council policies and public procedures will be listed through the policies, plans and strategies section, with the current version and status shown where a document has been adopted.

Lists and registers

Public registers and lists will be linked from the subject they relate to. This can include councillor information, interests, public notices, procurement and contract information, and other registers that are required for Greenhaven Council functions.
