The disclosure log will contain Greenhaven Council responses to information requests where the information has wider public value and can lawfully be published.

Current disclosure log

There are no Greenhaven Council disclosures to list at present. The information request function currently covers records the council actually holds during establishment.

Make an information request

If the information you need is not already published, use the information request form. Describe the recorded information clearly enough for the council to identify what you are asking for.

How to use the disclosure log

Published disclosures will be listed by subject and date so you can check whether a previous response already contains the information you need. A disclosure can link to an attachment or dataset where the response included material suitable for publication.

Personal and protected information

A disclosure log is a public record and does not include personal information or other material that cannot lawfully be published simply because it appeared in an individual response.

The disclosure log does not limit your right to make a new information request. If a previous disclosure does not answer your question, use the information request form and describe the information you want.
