There are no scheduled Greenhaven Council meetings because the council has not yet commenced.

When meetings begin

The meeting calendar will list Full Council, executive, scrutiny, Audit and Governance and any other formal council meetings. Each meeting page will show the date, time, venue or authorised attendance arrangements and the Democratic Services contact for the meeting.

Agendas and reports

Before a meeting, the public page will provide the agenda and reports available for publication. After the meeting, the same page will link the decision record and minutes, together with attendance, declarations of interest and other public meeting records where applicable.

Attending and speaking

Public attendance and speaking arrangements will be shown on the meeting page once the council's constitution and meeting procedures are in force. Where advance registration applies, the page will show the deadline and contact route.

After meetings begin, the calendar will retain past meeting pages with their public agenda, reports, decisions and minutes so the democratic record can be followed over time.
