Local infrastructure requirements
See how Greenhaven Council identifies local infrastructure needs and which body is responsible for delivery.
What an infrastructure requirement records
A significant Greenhaven requirement records the problem to be solved, the people or service affected, capacity, geography, accessibility, resilience, dependencies and the expected life of the asset or service.
Options considered
The response may involve maintenance, adaptation, expansion, replacement, acquisition, construction, shared use, relocation or no change. The public record explains the option selected and the reason for it.
Who delivers the work
Identifying a local requirement does not make Greenhaven Council the builder or operator of every asset. Delivery may sit with the National Infrastructure Service, SHCSA, another public body or the authority responsible for the service that creates the need.
Current projects
There are no approved Greenhaven Council infrastructure projects to list at present. Confirmed requirements and projects will appear here with the responsible authority and current status.
