Report a community safety concern
Find the correct route for a safety concern affecting Greenhaven.
Emergencies and crime
Greenhaven Council is not an emergency service and does not exercise police powers. Crime, immediate danger and matters requiring police action belong to South Havenstead Police. Fire and rescue, health emergencies and other operational incidents remain with the service responsible for them.
Council community safety matters
Greenhaven Council's community safety role concerns local prevention, recurring neighbourhood concerns, public information and coordination with other organisations. Once the service is operating, the council route will identify the types of concern it can record directly and the cases that belong with another service.
Information that helps explain a concern
Useful information can include what is happening, where it is happening, whether it is recurring, how the issue affects the local area and whether another public service is already involved. You do not need to identify the legal power or responsible organisation before asking for local information.
Current availability
There is no live Greenhaven Council community safety reporting form at present because the council has not commenced. If a matter needs an operational response now, use the public service responsible for that response.
