Attend a meeting

There are no Greenhaven Council meetings currently scheduled because the council has not commenced. When meetings begin, each meeting page will state whether the meeting is open to the public, the venue or authorised attendance arrangements and any practical access information.

If Greenhaven Council provides live or recorded webcasts, the meeting page will link directly to the webcast. Archived recordings will remain connected to the relevant meeting so you can see the agenda and papers alongside the recording.

Speaking at a meeting

Where the constitution allows public questions, representations or another form of participation, the meeting page will show the registration route, deadline and any time limit.

Recording public meetings

Any Greenhaven rules applying to filming, photography, audio recording or use of social media at an open meeting will be published with the meeting information. Confidential or exempt business is treated separately from business open to the public.
