Volunteering opportunities

Find current Greenhaven Council volunteering opportunities and information about volunteering.

What an opportunity will tell you

Each Greenhaven Council volunteering listing will describe the purpose of the role, what you would do, the organisation responsible, the expected time commitment, any eligibility or checks, the support available and how to express interest.

Support for volunteers

Where a Greenhaven Council role includes induction, supervision, equipment, expenses or reasonable adjustments, the opportunity will say so. Responsibility for the service remains with the organisation running it.

Volunteering with other organisations

Independent charities, clubs, societies and community organisations may also offer volunteering in Greenhaven. A listing for an independent opportunity will identify the organisation responsible rather than present the role as council volunteering.

Current opportunities

Greenhaven Council does not currently have an open volunteering programme. Live opportunities will appear here once roles have been approved and there is an identified service or organisation responsible for them.
