Join the library

Information about Greenhaven library membership and how to join when the service opens.

Library membership

Greenhaven Council library membership is not currently open because the council has not commenced its library service. When membership opens, this page will be the public route for joining or finding an assisted route if you cannot use the online service.

What membership gives you

The membership page will list the services included in the Greenhaven library offer, such as borrowing physical items, using eligible digital resources, reserving items and accessing member account services where those facilities are provided.

Information needed to join

The live joining page will tell you what information is needed to create a library account and whether any proof of identity, address or local connection is required. It will also explain arrangements for children or other membership categories if the Greenhaven service provides them.

Using your account

If an online library account is provided, the account route will be linked from this page and from the library section. Account services may include checking loans and due dates, renewals and reservations where those functions form part of the Greenhaven service.
