Archive enquiries and copies
Ask about Greenhaven archive holdings, research enquiries and copies when the archive service opens.
Before making an enquiry
When the Greenhaven archive catalogue or holdings information is available, you will be able to check it first to see whether the council appears to hold material relevant to your research.
Ask about a record
An archive enquiry can be used when you need help identifying material, understanding a catalogue entry or checking whether Greenhaven Council holds a record within its local archive remit.
Copies and research services
If the archive service offers copies, look ups or other research services, the page will state what can be requested, the information needed to identify the material, any limits on copying and any charge before work is commissioned.
Access restrictions
Some archive material may be unavailable for conservation, privacy, confidentiality or other lawful reasons. Where access is restricted, the service information will explain the position as far as the council can lawfully do so.
Current availability
Greenhaven Council does not yet operate a public archive enquiry, copy or research service. The live enquiry route and any charges will appear here when that service is established.
