Get Community Connector support
Find out what a Community Connector can help with and when the Greenhaven service becomes available.
What Community Connector support is
Community Connectors provide short term local help for residents who would benefit from support finding their way into Greenhaven civic and community life. A Connector can help you find local activities, volunteering, societies, council information and the public service responsible for a particular need.
What you can ask about
Typical enquiries can include finding a local activity, understanding which public body to contact, locating volunteering opportunities, finding information about Greenhaven and its council, or getting practical help to connect with a service that already exists elsewhere.
What a Connector cannot decide
Community Connectors do not make immigration, citizenship, policing, safeguarding, court, education or employment decisions. If your enquiry concerns one of those functions, the Connector route can help identify the responsible service but does not replace it.
Current availability
Greenhaven Council has not yet commenced, so the Greenhaven Community Connector service is not currently open. When the service becomes available, this page will show the contact route, the information requested at first contact and the support you can expect after an enquiry.
